HRS-400

HRS-400 is a typical heat-resistant camera, for external installation. The camera housing is highly versatile, allowing you to house a range of camera types, selected according to application conditions. Such camera types include: fixed lens system, optical power zoom lens system (selectable among 10-36 times zoom), highly sensitive system, near-infrared system, and dynamic range system. Necessary functions can be controlled by PC with specialized software. This series can be used in conjunction with water-cooling air purge hood (WAP-05). In addition, high brightness LED illumination (HRS-400L) is an option for low temperature, dark furnaces. In cases of undesirable air purge, we have the specialized HRS-400C, which releases purged air outside of the furnace.



HRS-400KA

This external heat-resistant camera was developed based on HRS-400. The cloudiness of the monitoring window, a predominant issue in the monitoring of a heating furnace, is solved with the  HRS-400KA. It is capable of capturing clear images, thanks to the attachment of our original water-cooling air purge hood (WAP-06S).


HRS-400FS

The most powerful model in HRS series; even further developed than the HRS-400KA.

Camera top construction of Furnacecope®, internal type, is introduced into this HRS housing to strengthen its heat-resistant and air purge capability. Performance is highly enhanced with this model. Equipped camera is ARTHER-820, a solid camera with a great reputation for its heat- resistance.


HRS-600P

HRS-600P can be installed without supply of cooling water or cooling air at the indoor ambient more than 50℃ temperature. Heat-resistant glass installed in the cooling jacket front panel protects the camera from instantaneous high temperature radiation. Cooling is done by 15W peltier system and the peltier device mounted on the jacket rear panel supplies cold air inside the jacket and reduce the teperature rise. Optical zoom llens is equipped with the 400,000 pixels CCD camera and zoom, iris, wide dynamic, auto-ICR functions, etc. can be done remotely. In combination with a camera platform, remote control of camera direction up, down, left, or right is also available.

HRS-100/HRS-100C

This standard camera is installed on the outside of furnace wall.

The HRS-100C, with air purge release to outside capability, is also available for service. These are fixed lens highly affordable options.

HRS-20AL

This temperature-resistant camera is suitable for low temperature atmospheres, around 200or less. Even in dark environments, the image is clear and sharp, by virtue of High brightness LED illumination, built directly into the housing. The cooling-jacket is constructed from aluminum, making it light and easy to handle.

HRS-10AL

The miniature version of the HRS-20AL. It is light, easy to handle, and offers stress free installation, due to it compact size. It still captures a clear, sharp image with LED illumination.

HRS-240

Designed for use in relatively low temperatures (800) and maintains its heat resistance by air cooling. Both the seal air purge from protective tube, and air purge from the camera cooling-jacket prevent dust adhesion, and prevent the raising of camera temperature due to radiation heat. Maintenance is easy, because it’s a compact air-cooling jacket with the external diameter Φ89.1, making it easy to connect and disconnect.

PRS-16

With the PRS-16, the HRS-100 is equipped with a maintenance flange, making the maintenance easy. As the front is equipped with sapphire glass, there is no need to worry about dust adhesion or fixation of metal/glass solution. What separates it from the HRS-100 is its ability to be mounted  on high temperature furnace walls, due to application of the pinhole lens system.

Furnacecope®    【FS-**-**-**DN/DWN/SN/SWN】

A 410 thousand-pixel camera, equipped to the top of the jacket, enable you to capture crystal clear images. Adjustment of aperture, contour enhancement, flip horizontal and other functions are controllable by specialized software, once installed to PC. This is the best and most reputable heat-resistant camera, used and implemented for many years. It is capable of 24 hour / 365 days year continuous operation, with specified cooling utilities. Even in dusty environments, maintenance is exceptionally easy, as dust adhesion is prevented, with its unique air purge structure.

Illuminated Furnacescope®    【FS-**-**-**DNQ/DWNQ】

This heat-resistant camera is capable of continuous monitoring from normal temperatures to  1000 ℃ and over by applying our proprietary technique. A long-life 5W high brightness LED light is mounted in the φ60.5mm external-diameter Furnacecope®. It enables you to monitor clearly from dim places of low to ultra high temperature, with an irradiation distance 2 meters or less, and a flash coverage of 60 degrees..

Flexible Furnacecope® (Low temperature type) 【FFS-02-**-**-DNL】

This is an internal camera for furnaces with temperatures below 200. This is Furnacecope®, with the application of a flexible tube between its head and the amplifier jackets, making it possible to be inserted into a bent tube. The size of the camera head is extremely compact, and the external diameter is less than φ 100mm. It is equipped with high brightness LED illumination , enabling you to monitor even in dark conditions, with temperatures below 200. The exhaust of the cooling air does not influence the temperature of the monitoring object, because it’s released outside of the furnace.

Flexible Furnacecope® (High temperature type) 【FFS-12-100-07D/SWN】

This internal heat-resistant camera is for high temperature furnaces, (up to 1200 degrees Celsius.) It was developed exclusively for coke oven use. Straight FS could not be inserted in oven-edge side holes, but the flexible Furnacecope®, makes this type of monitoring possible. The heat-resistant blanket is dipped into water, enabling you to monitor furnaces up to 1200 for a given length of time, only by air cooling.

Mini Scope  【MSD-10】

This is the most compact and cost-effective model among internal furnace camera types. The mass is only 8kg, allowing you to carry it with one hand! The insertion external diameter is a slender φ48.6mm, therefore the size of the furnace wall opening can remain minimal. Iris, color-balance and other functions can be controlled automatically without complicated adjustment. The AC100V power supply enables you to receive image signals quickly and easy. With specified cooling utility supply, monitoring in environments up to 900 is possible.

Kiln Scope L 【KSL-12-05-06D/SWN】

Kiln scope L is the standard Furnacecope®. It was designed with same specifications of strength of heatproof , insert length and insert external diameter as Furnacecope®. It’s designed to be used under 1,200.  It has a one-meter insert length, andφ60.5mm insert external diameter. Like with Furnacecope®, all image control functions can be controlled by PC.

Molten Steel /Molten Metal Level meter  【RJ-2000/RJ-2000K】

Even in the case of very hot molten metal (1800℃), the measurement error is ±5mm or less. Measurement cycle can be set as low as 2 milliseconds minimum. It is capable of filing level data, capturing images, and monitoring objects simultaneously. The RJ-2000K, with its innovative software methods, enables you to absorb the variation and noise of the object measured.  Its capabilities include weighting mean average and outputting minimum and maximum values at regular intervals.  It works at distances from 0.5m to 100 m (with a preferred distance of up to 20m) with no extra operation.

Mirrored Surface of Metallic Silicon Level Meter 【LZ-2001】

We’ve made an impression upon the industry by developing a surface height level meter for melted metallic silicon. This has been considered by many to be difficult to design. By irradiating green laser light onto the mirrored surface of melted silicon, and capturing the reflected light with HRS heat-resistant camera, this system is capable of measuring melted liquid level in real time, graphing the data, and displaying it on the monitor. Analog signal outputting is also possible.

We’ve developed a surface height level meter for melted metal which was difficult to design, but we were successful. It’s capable of measurement of wavelike level on mirrored surface in real time, making graphs of the data with analog outputting to the monitor display.

Green laser Level meter  【GLK-5000】

This equipment enables you to measure the level of melted metal by picking up the reflected light of a green laser with a CCD camera. Data analog outputting to the monitor display is also possible.

Heat Distribution Monitor  【A-NB08】

This device enables you to capture the near-infrared rays with CCD camera, convert the brightness to temperature data, and display the data in pseudo-color on the monitor. The captured brightness is divided into 256 colors and converted to temperature data, on the basis of previously calibrated table data, and then outputs the information graphically on the monitor. It has calibration functionality for 8 individual areas, ensuring measurement accuracy. With the timer function, it’s capable of continuous measurement for many hours, at any measuring intervals.

NEW Heat Distribution Monitor 【A-NB10】

This is a high-grade model of A-NB08. It’s capable of configuring 16 calibration tables, selecting the tables automatically according to the temperature zone, (Temperature-following function) and monitoring a much wider temperature distribution zone. At the maximum, 16 monitor windows can be set up. In addition to directly capturing the temperature data of furnace inside, the calibration is also much easier to handle. Optional equipment for the output of the various data is also available.

The part inserted into furnace is φ114.3mm, with a maximal length of 3.0m. Cold and Heat-Resistant Camera FEEZANHEATSCOPE®
【FHRS-100】

This cold and heat-resistant camera FHRS combines the heat resistance of the HRS with the cold resistance of the FRS. In low temperature environments, it performs as a cold-resistant camera. Above 50 or higher (up to 200), it performs as heat-resistant camera, with cooling utilities activated through the valve stands. This camera is the best for monitoring inside of the thermostatic oven, which is prone to constant changes in temperature, from minus to above 0, and vice versa. By request, we can also offer embedded high brightness LED illumination. The system is equipped with an ARTHER-240CCD camera, an extremely durable camera, in both high and low temperatures.

Protecting Pipe  【FGS-**】
